Groom N' Zoom Mobile Pet Spa is owned and lovingly operated by Becky Ralph, a dedicated Animal Care Specialist with over 30 years of grooming experience! Becky started her journey in an upscale salon in New Jersey, quickly becoming the head groomer and manager thanks to her incredible skill and warm approach. In 2002, she took her passion on the road with Groom N' Zoom, bringing compassionate, top-notch grooming right to her clients' doors.

For over two decades Groom 'N Zoom has been providing our clients with the best and most compassionate care in the Lehigh Valley.

pOLICIES & PROCEDURES

PRODUCTS
Groom N' Zoom uses only the finest quality products available. With the exception of our Frontline applications, we only use Premium all natural products.

SPA CLEANLINESS
Groom N' Zoom is dedicated to providing a safe and clean environment for your pet. All grooming tools and surfaces are sterilized and disinfected after every treatment to kill bacteria and diseases. All cleaners are veterinarian approved.

HAND DRYING
All pets are hand dried and given our total undivided personal attention. Your pet is never left caged or unattended while drying. (Animals left in grooming shops are caged dried and stacked on top of each other for hours).

CANCELLATION POLICY
Groom N' Zoom requires a 48 hour notice for any changes or cancellations.

NO-SHOW POLICY
In the event we arrive for a scheduled appointment and find no one available to release your pet into our care, there will be a $100 charge.

PRICES
Prices are subject to change and based on the condition of the coat, the temperament of your pet, size and breed. All quotes are estimates and can only be confirmed after initial examination of your pet's condition. We accept either cash, checks, or Venmo (connivence fee for Venmo). Our Minimum Service call is $100.
